B2B client and dealer rewards
A loyalty programme your finance team can reconcile.
A points and tier engine for distributors, dealers and channel partners — earning rules tied to verified transactions, a catalogue and redemption flow, statements that reconcile, and an audit trail for every accrual and every reversal.
Usually arrives as
- A scheme run on spreadsheets and trust
- Points nobody can trace back to an invoice
- Disputes at redemption time
- No way to model the cost of a scheme before launching it
- Tier changes applied manually each quarter
Built from
Every point is traceable to a source transaction, and every reversal to the reason for it.
What is in it
Modules, not features. Each one is a decision you can keep or drop — nothing here is bundled because it was easier to build that way.
Earning rules
Rules by product, volume, slab, period and partner tier, versioned so a scheme change never rewrites history already earned.
Verified accrual
Points accrue from settled transactions, not from raised invoices — with a hold period and automatic reversal on cancellation or return.
Tiers
Tier movement computed on a defined window, with grace periods, and communicated before it takes effect rather than after.
Catalogue and redemption
Reward catalogue, stock, approvals and fulfilment status, with redemption blocked against unreconciled balances.
Statements
A partner-facing ledger that shows opening balance, accruals, reversals, redemptions and closing balance — the same figures finance sees.
Scheme modelling
Model the cost of a proposed scheme against last year's actual transactions before it is announced.
Questions we are asked
Can partners see their own balance?
Yes — a partner portal or an app showing the ledger, tier position, what is on hold and what is redeemable, from the same records finance reads.
How is fraud handled?
Accrual on settlement rather than on invoice, hold periods, automatic reversal on returns, duplicate detection, and a full audit trail on every adjustment including who made it.
Can it run alongside our existing ERP?
Yes. The engine reads settled transactions from the ERP and writes back liability and redemption entries. It does not become a second source of truth for sales data.
